我們的辦證工作正在有序推進(jìn)
各位需要一些耐心
注意事項:
1、按揭購房可領(lǐng)取權(quán)證復(fù)印件;全款購房可領(lǐng)取權(quán)證原件。
2、領(lǐng)取時須補交國土局宗地圖測繪費300元,房產(chǎn)局測繪備案與房屋交易告知書工本費40元,合計340元。
3、按揭購房的業(yè)主,如已提前還清按揭款,請將銀行提前還款憑證(復(fù)印件)及房產(chǎn)預(yù)告登記證明書(原件)交到營銷中心工作人員處,已方便領(lǐng)取權(quán)證原件。
4、前期已收房但尚未申請辦證的業(yè)主請盡快前來辦理相關(guān)手續(xù)。
5、已向開發(fā)公司交納代收代繳費用,但目前權(quán)證尚在排隊辦理中的業(yè)主。如急于辦出權(quán)證,可前來營銷中心在工作人員的指導(dǎo)下自行前去辦理。
